Florian was on display October 18th through the 20th of 2011, at the Dallas Convention Center in Dallas , Texas . SANYO North America Corporation was nice enough to invite Florian back for a third time to showcase their HIT® Double bifacial solar panel at Solar Power International 2011.

The display was bigger & better than ever! It was a free standing unit 10’ X 20’ holding 12 HIT® Double bifacial solar panels. This year’s display was designed to look like a back yard garden trellis. Keeping true to the goals set by Florian to modernize the look and design of traditional PV modules installations. This year’s display caught the eye of famous celebrities, press, and attendees. Passersby took hundreds of pictures / videos and whispers of “wow that’s nice” where heard from many. Beautifying solar and adding options to the solar industry is what we here at Florian Solar are all about and this was a great place for showing off what we can accomplish, up close and in person. This was by far the largest solar show in the United States this year with more than 25,000 in attendance and we have watched as the Solar Power International (SPI) show has more than tripled in sizes since 2008 when we first attended. There were so many nice displays and so many new anxious solar professionals. After this show it is obvious that the solar industry in the United States is catapulting into a monster and we look forward to these exciting times ahead. We here at Florian can’t wait to see what next years show will bring.
